Katherine Bell leads the Bell Petrini Group, a boutique real estate team serving Wellesley, Greater Boston, and the surrounding suburbs. The team provides a white-glove, full-service approach to buying, selling, investing, and development, grounded in professionalism, discretion, and exceptional local expertise.

A lifelong Wellesley resident and graduate of Wellesley Public Schools, Katherine’s connection to Wellesley runs even deeper than just market knowledge. She helps clients find not only the right home, but the neighborhoods, connections, and sense of belonging that make a community feel like home.

Katherine began her real estate career in 2011 at Wellesley’s premier boutique brokerage, where she was mentored by leading local agents and developed a strong foundation in luxury residential real estate. Nearly 15 years later, Katherine and the Bell Petrini Group consistently sell over $100M in real estate annually. 

With an analytical approach and deep understanding of the market, Katherine brings a sharp eye to comparable sales, value, and market strategy—and is a fierce advocate and negotiator for her clients. Combined with her lifelong local perspective and genuine relationships throughout the community, she offers clients both the data-driven expertise to make smart decisions and the personal insight to make the process feel distinctly their own.

Today, Katherine lives in Wellesley with her husband and two sons. She is a member of the Wellesley Hills Junior Women's Club, a big supporter of the public schools, and actively involved in the community. Whether helping a family put down roots, guiding a longtime resident through a move, or advising clients across Greater Boston, Katherine and the Bell Petrini Group bring thoughtful guidance, strong advocacy, and exceptional service to every relationship.
